This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and cancellations in accordance with UK consumer protection law.

1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason.
- To exercise this right, please contact us by email at support@bmariaplace.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
- You must then return the goods to us within another 14 days of notifying us.
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence of return shipment.
Please note:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and tags.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
2. Returns Due to Faults or Errors
If your item is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- You must notify us within 30 days of delivery.
- Bmaria Place will cover all return costs for faulty or incorrect items.
- All returned items will be inspected to verify the issue before a refund or replacement is processed.
3. Conditions for a Valid Return
To ensure a smooth process, all returns must meet the following conditions:
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or receipt.
- Security Seal Intact: All products are shipped with a Bmaria Place security sticker. If the seal is broken or tampered with, the return will be rejected.
- Original Condition: The item must be in the same condition as received. Items that have been used, activated, or registered to an account cannot be returned unless faulty.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and data protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Products with broken or missing seals/stickers.
- Used or activated electronic devices (phones, tablets, laptops, etc.).
- Items damaged by customer misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair.
- Digital downloads or software once accessed or activated.
5. Refunds
- Once your return is approved and the item is received, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will include the item cost and, if applicable, the standard delivery charge (premium delivery options are non-refundable).
6. Exchanges
If a replacement item is available, we will ship it immediately after your return is received and verified.
If stock is unavailable, a full refund will be processed instead.
7. Data Privacy & Legal Compliance
Any personal information you provide during the return process will be used only for the purpose of processing your return and handled securely in accordance with UK data privacy standards.
